Job Description
We’re looking for a Community Manager who wants to work at an agile startup that’s leveraging advanced technology to power a unique service and create a highly monetizable and impactful business. You’ll be working closely with our members to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive member retention through great service and focused interactions
- Manage and grow ExecThread’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online platforms
- Own member experience which includes answering inquiries via phone, email, and social platforms
- Provide knowledgeable responses to member inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Proactively re-engage members who churn early to help them get the most out of ExecThread
- De-escalate all major member concerns regarding the ExecThread platform across multiple platforms
- Help to diagnose issues and ensure they are transferred to the appropriate team for resolution
- Build systems and processes to help our members get what they need faster, improve quality of interactions, and ensure that KPIs are met
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of community management experience
- Prior direct customer service experience for a product and/or service is a plus
- Possess a highly analytical mindset with the ability to pay great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize many different requests and handle changing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with heavy attention to detail
