Job Description

We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing who wants to work at an agile startup that leverages a unique crowdsourced approach and advanced technology to offer a differentiated & proprietary service to a highly engaged community of business influencers. You’ll be working closely with our talented leadership team to ensure a premium service for our highly engaged members and develop ways attract high quality executives to the network.

Responsibilities

• • Define and execute multi-channel marketing plans
  • Lead all user acquisition efforts, including organic, SEO, SEM, earned media, social media, PR and more
  • Develop a clear, consistent process for measuring digital campaign effectiveness & ROI
  • Lead and drive optimization of the member-facing elements of the digital channels, including messaging for our corporate website, member application communication, and all email correspondence
  • Define and ensure consistent brand voice across all marketing efforts
  • Manage all social media accounts and create content that attracts our targeted audience
  • Identify marketing partnerships to grow the ExecThread memberbase
  • Set a firm foundation with an eye toward building out a team

Skills & Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience and/or user acquisition experience for digital member facing products and/or services
• Proven track record of building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and/or services
• Proficient in modern analytics / insights tools
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
• Bonus points for previous experience working in a startup environment
