Known Requirements:
- 10+ years experience of finance with a combination of both privately held & publicly traded companies required
- 5+ years experience in global finance as chief financial officer required
- Prior initial public offering experience required
- Prior experience in public or big 4 accounting preferred
- Prior acquisition experience preferred
- Experience of developing world markets preferred
- Experience of leading, managing roadshows & a team of 15 to 20 offshore accountants preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
