We are looking to hire the first-ever Creative Director in Kinder’s seventy plus year history. The Creative Director will be responsible for driving the creative vision across all touch-points of the Kinder’s brand. In partnership with the Vice President, Marketing, the Creative Director will craft brand visual and content— further strengthening consumer emotional engagement. The ideal Creative Director will help us re-set the bar in the specialty food industry. In partnership with the Vice President, Marketing, they will further evolve the Kinder’s brand position by creating content that reflects the heart of brand. We are committed to hiring a Creative partner who is intellectually curious (wants to learn and does not show up with the playbook); and, a functional owner who has significant hands-on experience leading all aspects of Creative Direction (visual, copy, packaging, etc.) As chief content architect, the Creative Director will lead the development of differentiated and innovative brand communication strategies building on inspiration, emotion, aspiration, and values to further engage current consumers while attracting new consumers. With a focus on continually evolving Kinder’s from a specialty food brand to a wholly integrated, food + family + community experience, the Creative Director will continually challenge the team to test, iterate, shift and elevate the brand message to surprise and delight Kinder’s consumers. The Creative Director will attract and build a team beyond the one direct report in-house today. They will be a mentor, manager and motivator to this team, as well as direct the short and long-term growth initiatives with other management players and external vendors.
