- Human Resources
Known Requirements:
- 12+ years experience of designing, overseeing, working on compensation & benefits programs required
- 8+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits leadership role required
- Prior experience in building, implementing comprehensive compensation, benefits programs for both U.S. & Canada, including executive compensation, internal equity programs preferred
- Experience of working in medium to large size companies with multiple locations preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required
- Certified Cost Professional (CCP) Certification preferred
- Certified Benefits Professional® (CBP) Certification preferred
