- 12+ years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security & information technology required
- Experience with contract, vendor negotiations & management including managed services preferred
- Prior experience in agile software development or other outstanding development practices preferred
- Experience of working with cloud computing across virtualized environments preferred
- Degree in Business Administration or a Technology related field required
- Professional security management certification preferred
- FINRA Series 99 license holder preferred
