Known Requirements:
- 15+ years of human resources experience within a complex, fast paced environment required
- Experience in leading human resources & building a world class organization in a high volume business preferred
- Prior experience in recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations & organizational development preferred
- Prior experience of Federal & State employment law, compliance or office of federal contract compliance programs (OFCCP) regulations preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Certification as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) required
- Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM CP) or Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM SCP) required
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
