As General Counsel, you will be responsible for providing the company with all levels of counsel for the business environment, challenges, and corporate objectives.

Known Requirements:
- 8 years of experience required
- Experience of working with a variety of legal matters, including strategic business agreements, commercial contract negotiation, information security & compliance, privacy, corporate governance, intellectual property rights, international expansion & management of affiliates preferred
- Prior litigation experience preferred
- Juris Doctor Degree (JD) required
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Admitted to a recognized bar preferred
