About the Role
Winnipeg, Canada Area
Functions:
- Human Resources
Known Requirements:
- 7 years experience of working in the human resources field required
- 5+ years experience of working in a business partner capacity required
- Experience within a growing industry ideally technology preferred
- Broad HR experience covering the full employee life cycle preferred
- Experience of working directly with senior level management preferred
- Experience of resolving complex employee relations issues preferred
- Prior experience in change management & organizational design preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) preferred
