About the Role
Remote (anywhere in the US)
Our Facilitating Consultants work on an independent contract basis and deliver our proprietary intellectual property across multi-day client workshops. Our global clients include Salesforce, Microsoft, ADP, SAP, UPS, and other Fortune 500 companies. We make an investment to train our Consultants, who then deliver highly interactive workshops to Company's clients. In a pre-COVID world, our workshops were typically conducted in-person at client HQ or regional office locations. In the current world, these workshops are delivered virtually. Post-vaccine, the work will be a blend of these two delivery styles, with domestic/international travel opportunities available. While growing for more than 30 years, Company’s business is at record-breaking levels. As a result, we are recruiting Consultants in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Within our Acquisition and Expansion practices, we recruit only highly experienced senior-level sales or marketing executives- e.g. 10+ years of experience as General Manager, Senior Vice President, or Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Client Relations. The successful Acquisition candidate will have a proven track record of B2B customer acquisitions and experience selling into the C-suite. The successful Expansion candidate will have extensive experience managing B2B customer relationships, with a proven track record of achieving account retention and/or growth targets. We’re not seeking professional consultants, but rather people who wish to consult and are intellectually interested in our work. Your industry experience must therefore be recent. Our workshops are highly interactive and drive participants to apply new thinking and concepts to their current pipelines. Must be able to work well in high-intensity situations and be comfortable providing intellectual challenge as well as feedback and coaching. Must be a natural storyteller with a sense of humor/fun in approach.
