The Company is seeking a Vice President for Product Control. The successful candidate will be responsible for the product control and valuation control of offshore financial assets, including over-the-counter derivatives. This role involves daily independent price verification, P&L analysis, position reconciliation, and market data consistency checks. The VP will also be tasked with applying end-to-end valuation governance, assessing the financial impact of new models, and overseeing various valuation and P&L-related activities. Additionally, the role includes the development and application of intelligent monitoring solutions to enhance risk identification and the monitoring of the risk and return performance of financial assets. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field such as financial engineering, mathematics, or physics, and at least 3 years of product control experience within a financial institution. Proficiency in programming languages like Python and Java is required, with a preference for candidates holding CFA or FRM certification. The ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, and possess strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills. Fluency in English is a must, and the role demands a professional with intellectual curiosity, sound judgement, a team-oriented approach, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic industry environment.
