The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Data, AI, and Cloud. This role is pivotal in leading the business unit that specializes in data-driven solutions and strategic AI implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the company's vision, strategy, and goals in these areas, as well as leading the planning and execution of the strategic roadmap. A key aspect of the role is to have P&L responsibility, ensuring the financial performance of the practice and driving growth through effective revenue generation strategies. The Managing Director will also be tasked with building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, and engaging with clients to deliver tailored data, AI, and cloud solutions. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 10 years' relevant leadership and team management experience, with a focus on AI, data engineering, data science, or related fields. The role requires a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, managing P&L responsibilities, and a deep knowledge of data engineering, data science, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as outstanding communication and collaboration skills. Experience in technology consulting, project management, and executive partnerships is essential, and a background in a top-tier management consultancy or a global, publicly traded enterprise is highly valued.
