Known Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant legal experience at an AmLaw 100 firm with senior inhouse roles at technology companies required
- Experience as a general counsel with start up or as a deputy general counsel from larger tech companies preferred
- Prior experience in public company & corporate preferred
- Prior experience of building & leading teams in high growth environments preferred
- Good standing with the New York Bar or Registered InHouse Counsel (RIHC) status required
