Known Requirements:
- 10 years of human resources leadership experience in a high growth environment required
- 5+ years of experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives & developing talent management plans for a global organization required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification (SHRM-SCP) preferred
- HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification preferred
