Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a visionary CEO with a strong background in operational management, particularly in the bakery-café or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of company-owned shops, ensuring operational excellence, financial health, and the consistent delivery of a high-quality customer experience. This role involves driving the development of the company concept, building and maintaining operational manuals, and identifying strategies for sustainable growth and efficiency. The CEO will also oversee the day-to-day operations of all owned locations, manage P&L, develop annual operating plans, and report directly to the Board. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in a CEO or senior operational role within the relevant industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading company-owned operations, with a focus on P&L management, operations, and brand execution. Key skills and experience include the ability to build and institutionalize operational systems that support scalability and franchising, as well as a strong background in driving continuous improvement in service, quality, and efficiency. The role requires a strategic leader who can translate brand standards into best-in-class execution and is adept at managing the financial aspects of the business to ensure profitability and healthy cash flow.
