Dean of School of Business

Key responsibilities include providing visionary leadership in curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and student success initiatives, as well as overseeing all academic, administrative, and operational functions. The Dean will also lead accreditation efforts, manage budgets, and foster academic excellence, student success, and external engagement. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's School of Business must hold an earned doctorate in a relevant discipline and have a distinguished record in teaching, scholarship, and service. The role requires demonstrated leadership experience in higher education administration, a proven ability to foster student success and academic innovation, and a strong commitment to the mission of the University.
