Executive Director, Global Clinical Development

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Head of Global Clinical Development to lead and oversee all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of ethics, scientific merit, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, execution, and reporting of clinical trials that align with the company's goals for product approval. This role involves providing medical and scientific input to core project documents, overseeing regulatory submissions, and disseminating clinical data through various channels. The Executive Director will also be a key representative of the company in interactions with regulatory authorities, the scientific community, and at strategic meetings. Applicants must have an MD, PhD, or PharmD, with a preference for those holding specialty therapeutic credentials. A minimum of 12 years' experience in all phases of clinical development within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry is required. The role demands a leader with a strong ability to create and lead successful asset development teams, manage complex programs, and think strategically to solve challenging problems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as is a proven track record of managing multiple projects and developing positive collaborations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, planner, and implementer, with a deep understanding of clinical and therapeutic areas, and a solid background in medical and scientific skills, including experience with clinical trial operations and related activities.
