Vice President, Compliance Testing

The Company is seeking an FVP for Compliance Testing to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and execution of compliance testing programs to ensure that the institution adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves developing and implementing risk-based compliance testing plans, conducting reviews across business units to assess control effectiveness and regulatory compliance, identifying gaps, escalating issues, and recommending remediation strategies. The FVP will also be expected to collaborate with senior stakeholders, including compliance, audit, and front office teams, and prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulatory authorities. Applicants for the FVP, Compliance Testing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in compliance testing or audit within the banking sector. In-depth knowledge of global banking regulations and risk-based testing methodologies is essential. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, as well as professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent, which are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment.
