Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its commercial and residential services. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic growth plan, as well as identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand services and markets. Operational excellence is a key focus, with the CEO responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving standardization, efficiency, and scalability, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Financial and business management duties include full P&L responsibility, budget development, and partnering with the executive team to manage financial risk and business planning. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior executive role within the commercial or residential services industry, with a strong background in multi-service operations and scaling multi-location businesses. Experience in managing a P&L of $50M or more, leading M&A, and driving growth initiatives is highly valued. The role also requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a strategic mindset and operational discipline. The CEO will be expected to build and lead a high-performing team, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and ensure a superior customer experience while driving the company's brand reputation and visibility in the sector.
