Head of Strategy for Life Insurance

The Company is seeking a Head of Strategy for its Life Insurance business line in the Asia markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing market trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics to uncover new growth opportunities. This role involves developing and executing strategies for market entry and expansion, including partnerships, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives. The Head of Strategy will also be tasked with building robust financial models and business cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing executive advisory on strategic priorities, and establishing KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in relevant areas, with at least 14 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy, specifically within the life insurance sector. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in team leadership, excellent English communication, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work under pressure and lead multiple projects is essential. The Head of Strategy will be expected to engage with a variety of stakeholders, including board members, regulators, and strategic partners, and to support the company's growth and expansion in the Asia markets.
