Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, with a primary focus on financial leadership and driving the company's financial strategy. The CFO will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives and growth targets. This role involves leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process, preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing cash flow and treasury functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and overseeing risk management. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 10 years' of experience in financial planning and analysis and cost accounting. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of accounting and finance concepts, principles, procedures, regulations, and reporting requirements. They should be a self-starter, proactive, and possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects. The CFO will also be expected to provide strategic financial guidance, contribute to decision-making on key initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize financial performance and achieve company goals.
