Managing Director, Commercial Banking

The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial Banking to lead the division with a strong focus on strategic growth and client satisfaction among major commercial and corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow loans, deposits, and income, as well as building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives. This role also involves overseeing the delivery of banking solutions, monitoring division performance to meet targets, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders is a key aspect of the position. Applicants for the Head of Commercial Banking role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's or relevant certifications being a plus. A minimum of 10-11 years' of experience in corporate banking, including at least five years in leadership roles, particularly in commercial banking or middle markets segments, is required. Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin is essential, with Cantonese being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, be adept at executing strategies, and have a strong understanding of the commercial banking landscape.
