Senior Vice President, Revenue Management

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Revenue Management to oversee and optimize revenue operations within customer service. The role will develop strategies for pricing, metering, billing, and collections while ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising accurate, timely billing; monitoring payment activity and analyzing reports to identify outstanding balances; and leading meter reading, installation, and maintenance activities. The successful candidate will also guide recovery plans, resolve complex customer account issues with tact, and establish processes for disconnections and bad-debt management. Applicants must be UAE Nationals with a bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or an equivalent field, and at least 15 years of relevant revenue management experience in utilities or a similar sector. Required capabilities include developing pricing, billing, and collection strategies; managing large-scale billing operations; and analyzing meter data to identify and resolve discrepancies. Candidates should have a strong record of payment collection management, including identifying high-risk accounts and recommending recovery actions. The role also requires sound judgment in handling sensitive customer cases and familiarity with legal recovery options and negotiated payment plans.
