Vice Principal

The Company is in search of a Vice Principal to join their dynamic educational community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction and development of the school, leading teaching and learning, and managing staff to ensure the highest standards of education. This role involves working closely with the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team to provide professional leadership and management of teaching and learning, as well as the School Development Plan. The Vice Principal will also be involved in creating and implementing policies that reflect the school's commitment to high achievement, monitoring progress, and working with outside agencies to inform future actions. Applicants for the Vice Principal position at the company should hold a Bachelor Degree in Education or a B.Sc degree with PGCE, with a Master's degree being desirable. A minimum of 6 years of teaching experience is required, along with a background in line/performance management or pastoral care. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading whole school initiatives that have resulted in improved standards and achievement, and possess middle leadership experience. The role demands a professional who is dedicated to the values of the region, can effectively lead and manage staff, and is committed to the continuous professional development of themselves and their team.
