Member of the Supervisory Board

The Company is seeking a Member of the Supervisory Board with a focus on quality, freedom, and safety. The role involves overseeing the Executive Board and its policies, while also serving as an employer, sounding board, and strategic partner. The successful candidate will help assess whether organizational change is taking root and improving the daily lives of clients and employees. They will bring a broad, values-based perspective to complex issues, support regional collaboration, and keep quality of life and self-determination central to strategic oversight. Candidates should have recent, relevant experience in healthcare, the social domain, or a related field, along with a broad understanding of quality, freedom, and safety. They should be able to assess complex risks and ethical and professional dilemmas, and bring insight into organizational development, leadership, culture, and collaboration across networks or communities. Strong governance awareness, curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to challenge constructively are essential. The ideal candidate is connecting yet independent, politically sensitive, well-prepared, and able to contribute a distinct perspective while working effectively as part of a board.
