Associate Vice President, Onboarding Data Architect Greater Atlanta, GA Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Onboarding Data Architect to manage multiple concurrent client onboarding projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include configuring systems to reflect client requirements, preparing and validating migrated data, coordinating with technical and business stakeholders, and conducting configuration reviews and end-to-end testing. The role also involves resolving system issues, maintaining project workflows and documentation, ensuring quality control, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and tools. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and help deliver accurate, timely onboarding and a strong client experience. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent education and experience in data management, business, finance, science, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience managing software or onboarding projects. Experience with data migration or handling large, potentially ambiguous datasets is required; a broad technical background, understanding of system concepts, and exposure to agile methods are also important. Candidates should bring strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively and independently. Advanced Excel skills are strongly desired; familiarity with equity or employee benefit plans and relevant professional certifications are preferred.
