Executive Director, Hospice

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Hospice branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and working closely with senior leadership. This role requires a professional with a background in hospice, including experience as a Director of Operations, Administrator, Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Director of Clinical Services, or Clinical Manager. A Registered Nurse is a must, and the ideal candidate will have hospice branch leadership experience, an excellent understanding of Medicare rules and regulations, and essential knowledge of finances and PNL. As the Executive Director, you will be at the forefront of the organization's mission, leading a dedicated team to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families.
