Vice President, Financial Security Products Greater Atlanta, GA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Financial Security Products to lead strategy and oversight for retirement and financial-well-being programs, as well as related funding and balance-sheet exposures. Responsibilities include shaping retirement savings, readiness, emergency savings, and financial coaching offerings; overseeing defined-contribution plan design and administration; and tailoring programs to diverse workforce needs. The role also oversees multiemployer and international benefit obligations, actuarial valuations, funding analysis, trust governance, and consolidated benefits reporting. The Vice President will manage key vendors, monitor participant and plan outcomes, and partner with internal stakeholders on fiduciary governance, compliance, and collectively bargained obligations. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in healthcare and deep expertise in employer-sponsored healthcare programs, along with at least five years of leadership experience. Required qualifications include strong knowledge of defined-contribution plans and working knowledge of defined-benefit, multiemployer, trust, funding, and financial-reporting matters. Applicants should be able to translate actuarial and financial analysis into executive recommendations and have experience managing relevant vendors. Exceptional financial judgment, governance discipline, and executive communication skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, business, human resources, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience—is required; advanced degrees and relevant professional credentials are preferred.
