Extensive experience in the supply chain area of a large CPG business, particularly in demand planning, IBP, logistics, and inventory optimization, is essential. Candidates for this role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, with a Master's degree preferred, and have at least 20 years of experience in supply chain with a focus on consumer goods. The role demands a leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work successfully in a global matrix structure.
