Vice President, Global Facilities Greater Austin, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Facilities to provide strategic leadership and management of its global facilities and real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of company sites, from identification and acquisition to maintenance, expansion, and disposition. This role requires the development and execution of a global facilities and real estate strategy that aligns with the company's growth, manufacturing, engineering, R&D, customer, and operational requirements. The VP will also serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership, lead site selection processes, and ensure that all facilities meet safety, security, and regulatory requirements. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 20 years' of experience in corporate real estate, facilities, property management, construction, or related disciplines. Significant experience in managing geographically dispersed facilities, negotiating complex commercial leases, and supporting technically complex environments is essential. The role demands proficiency in a range of systems and applications, including Microsoft 365, ERP, financial systems, and various real estate and property management platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building or scaling facilities organizations, particularly in a high-growth environment, and experience in international facilities and real estate is preferred.
