Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the senior-most finance executive, responsible for leading the finance function and acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, leadership team, Board, and private equity sponsor. This role is pivotal in the company's next phase of organic growth, with a focus on scaling digital channels, expanding retail presence, and building the necessary infrastructure to support a larger and more complex organization. Key responsibilities for the VP Finance include owning FP&A, developing the integrated financial model, translating financial data into actionable insights, and overseeing accounting and controllership. The role demands a hands-on, ambitious professional with a strong background in FP&A, strategic finance, and a solid understanding of the economics and KPIs of digitally native and multi-channel consumer businesses. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5-15 years' of progressive finance experience, with a strong foundation in accounting and a proven track record of commercial partnership and using financial analysis to drive decision-making. Experience in D2C, e-commerce, consumer, CPG, retail, or a similar consumer-facing environment is essential. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable challenging assumptions, influencing senior stakeholders, and is capable of developing into a CFO-level leader as the business scales. While experience in a private equity or leveraged environment is advantageous, it is not essential. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious finance leader to step into a No. 1 finance seat and grow alongside the business, with a heavily forward-looking mandate that supports the company's growth, investment, cash deployment, and channel strategy.
