Vice President of Operations Greater Austin, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and financial leadership across its business units. The role focuses on growing profitability through operational improvements, capital investment, and proactive asset management. Responsibilities include setting long-range financial objectives, reviewing performance and financial reports, leading operating and capital planning, and presenting plans to senior leadership. The Vice President will establish performance metrics, guide entertainment and hospitality leaders, build external partnerships, support sales and business development, and recruit and develop talent. Candidates should have 15 or more years of progressively responsible operations leadership in the entertainment venue or hospitality sectors. A bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related discipline is preferred; an MBA or other advanced degree is also preferred. The role requires strong knowledge of venue operations, asset management, financial statements, and revenue development, along with strategic planning and business acumen.
