Vice President, Private Equity

The Company is seeking a Vice President for a Private Equity role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the investment process, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to leading the financial analysis, due diligence, and development of investment theses. This position requires a professional with a significant background in private equity, investment banking, or a related investing field, and a proven track record in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis. The Vice President will also be responsible for coordinating transaction processes, monitoring portfolio company performance, and fostering relationships with executives and other investment partners. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry and possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and to have a meaningful impact on investment decisions. While not mandatory, experience in supporting portfolio company strategy and operations, as well as established relationships in the investment community, are considered advantageous.
