Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Greater Baltimore, MD Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its facilities. The CEO will be accountable for executing the growth strategy, direct P&L responsibility, and overall goal execution. This role is pivotal in championing clinical quality and patient safety, driving a zero patient harm culture, and ensuring the adoption and standardization of clinical quality standards. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of clinical and operational professionals, focusing on clinical quality outcomes, volume growth, labor efficiencies, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include driving top-line growth, cultivating strong physician relationships, and leading operational excellence to meet the company's mission, vision, and values. Candidates for the CEO position should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 1-3 years in healthcare and 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience in ASC, outpatient, surgical site, and multi-site healthcare settings is preferred. The role requires a leader with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to inspire change, and a proven track record in driving organizational capability. The CEO will be responsible for the center's P&L, managing financial controls, and proactively collaborating with corporate departments to implement best practices.
