Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead accounting and financial management across its corporate and property operations. Responsibilities include overseeing financial close and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, payroll, tax compliance, and internal controls. The CFO will partner with executive and property leadership to analyze performance, improve operational efficiency, and support hotel developments, acquisitions, renovations, and capital projects. The role also includes managing financial systems, strengthening accounting processes, and mentoring accounting staff. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and 5–10 years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience. Multi-property hospitality accounting experience is strongly preferred, along with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, payroll oversight, internal controls, and multi-entity accounting. Applicants should have thorough knowledge of GAAP and lodging-industry accounting standards, strong Excel and financial reporting skills, and familiarity with hotel accounting, property management, and payroll systems. A CPA designation and experience supporting development, acquisitions, or capital projects are advantageous.
