Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to serve as a technical co-founder and lead the development of an innovative operating system for residential solar. This role is pivotal as the country prepares for a significant increase in residential solar adoption. The CTO will be responsible for building the platform that ensures homeowners receive the promised savings from their solar systems. This includes creating a seamless homeowner journey from system design to installation tracking, and developing the installer stack to support the growing market. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in product development, and a deep understanding of how residential solar is sold and installed, particularly in the Thai market. As the CTO, you will work closely with the commercial co-founder to cover all aspects of the business, from product and tech to demand, partnerships, and government relations. The role demands a full-time, fully committed individual with a track record in 0→1 product development, experience in connecting energy or IoT, and the ability to lead and build a technical team. The focus is on creating a defensible data and software layer, integrating home monitoring devices, and architecting the system to support a virtual power plant. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the residential solar boom in Thailand, with the opportunity to make a significant impact and ensure that every Thai home that goes solar receives the savings it was promised.
