The Head of Sales Training and Development will also be tasked with managing budgets, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance through rigorous licensing and certification processes. Applicants for the Head of Sales Training and Development position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and more than ten years' experience in agency distribution or learning and development within the insurance or financial services sectors.
