Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The Company is seeking a Regional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a strong background in driving regional cybersecurity strategy, managing risks, and ensuring compliance in a multicultural, multi-country environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the regional cybersecurity strategy in line with global security objectives and business priorities. This includes leading cybersecurity risk assessments, developing mitigation plans, and establishing robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. The role also involves advising senior management on cybersecurity risks, coordinating initiatives across multiple countries, and overseeing security operations, architecture, and incident response. Applicants for the Regional CISO position at the company must have a proven track record in a CISO role, with a focus on cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management. Strong experience in cybersecurity risk management, GRC, and a technical background in cybersecurity are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience with ISO 27001, security audits, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer. The role requires the ability to engage with senior leadership, influence strategic decisions, and lead cybersecurity initiatives across complex, international organizations. Advanced English and French language skills are a must, with Spanish being a plus, and a degree in engineering or equivalent technical education is also required.
