Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission-driven team and serve as the primary face of the organization to the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a small clinical and administrative team, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with major donors, churches, and community partners. This role requires a leader with a strong commitment to the pro-life mission, genuine Christian faith, and a warm, magnetic presence that inspires both the team and external stakeholders. The Executive Director will also oversee the organization's development strategy, guide it through accreditation processes, and set specific goals for growth in giving and services. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have at least 4 years' of senior-level experience in a nonprofit or faith-based organization, a proven track record in fundraising, and experience in community outreach and relationship building. The role demands a leader with real business acumen, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to make sound decisions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking in public, have experience working closely with a board, and a history of contributing to strategic planning. While not required, existing roots or relationships in the community are a bonus. The Executive Director will be expected to lead with integrity, servant leadership, and a commitment to the organization's values, ensuring that every life is treated with the utmost respect and care.
