Assistant Vice President, Management Reporting Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Management Reporting to lead finance analytics and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decisions and business performance. Responsibilities include developing analytical frameworks, tools, and models; connecting forecasts and actual results to market trends and customer behavior; and producing customer-centric analysis across products and business lines. The role also involves strengthening model governance, addressing review findings, presenting analysis to review forums, monitoring regulatory developments, and driving standardization and process improvements. The successful candidate will collaborate with finance, data, and technology stakeholders and help develop analytics team capabilities. Candidates should have a relevant degree in finance, engineering, economics, or another quantitative discipline, along with at least eight years of experience in financial services or consulting. Required expertise includes banking analytics, financial modeling, forecasting, cost allocation, profitability analysis, balance sheet and P&L analysis, and model governance. Strong quantitative, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential, as is proficiency with tools such as Python, SQL, Excel VBA, SAS, or Alteryx. Experience working with large datasets, data architecture, automation, control frameworks, and cross-functional analytics projects is also expected.
