Assistant Vice President, T24 Treasury Business Analyst

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, T24 Treasury Business Analyst to lead strategic change and transformation across core banking operations. Responsibilities include developing the T24 roadmap for treasury products, guiding business analyst teams through system migrations and projects, and supporting the establishment of a transformation center of excellence. The role will drive process improvement, technology adoption, operational efficiency, and customer service while coordinating closely with operations, IT, technology teams, and senior stakeholders. It will also oversee project resources and budgets, define performance measures, and ensure initiatives meet regulatory requirements and manage associated risks. Candidates should have at least 15 years of relevant business analysis experience in banking and a graduate or postgraduate qualification. Strong knowledge of treasury products and T24 core banking systems is required, including hands-on experience with system migrations and core banking in Asian, European, or American markets. Applicants should bring experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and managing substantial budgets, along with an understanding of banking regulations and emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, and blockchain. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and strategic planning skills are essential.
