The Company is seeking a Model Risk Audit Manager, Assistant Vice President to lead and manage audit engagements that focus on the review of models, tools, and quantitative analytics used for various financial and operational risks, including those associated with AI applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the audit process, from planning to reporting, and will play a key role in the continuous monitoring of model risk trends. This position requires a high level of professionalism, the ability to manage complexity, and a proven track record of providing effective leadership in a global financial services environment. The role also involves cross-training of audit staff and supporting departmental initiatives. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Master's degree or above in a quantitative field, with at least 5 years' of experience in a financial institution or consulting firm, specifically in areas such as model development, validation, auditing, or quantitative research. A strong background in financial services and products, as well as experience with regulatory requirements related to model risk management, is essential. The ideal candidate will have advanced project management skills, be fluent in English, and have a working knowledge of statistical or computer programming languages. Professional certifications such as CFA and/or FRM are preferred. The role demands a candidate who is adept at synthesizing business processes, managing multiple tasks, and is willing to develop both quantitative and business auditing skills.
