The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Data Architect & AI Engineering Lead for Cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and strategic leadership in the development of enterprise cybersecurity data, analytics, and AI capabilities. This role involves driving the architecture and delivery of scalable data platforms, advanced analytics, and machine learning solutions to transform complex security telemetry into actionable intelligence. The AVP will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance threat detection, risk prioritization, and operational efficiency, while also establishing best practices in engineering and data science. Applicants must have a minimum of 15-20 years' of professional experience in data engineering, data science, analytics, cloud, machine learning, AI, or related technology disciplines. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree or advanced coursework. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data engineering, data science, machine learning, and AI/GenAI, as well as hands-on experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and cloud data platforms. Experience in cybersecurity, particularly with security telemetry, threat detection, and SIEM/SOAR workflows, is essential. The role demands a deep understanding of Lakehouse architectures, distributed data processing, and a proven track record in leading complex technical initiatives. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions are also key attributes for this position.
