This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, each with a significant investment, and requires the ability to anticipate client needs, offer tailored financial and banking advisory services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also demands a strong sales orientation, the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships, and a commitment to maximizing the growth of the Premier client portfolio. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of five years in financial services or retail sales, and a proven track record of strong sales results, particularly in insurance and investment products. Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients is essential, as is a strong technical background in wealth management. The role requires excellent communication, client focus, and influencing skills, as well as a clear understanding of the business banking client segment and relevant financial products and services. The candidate should be adept at using client relationship management systems, have a strong network, and be familiar with AI-enabled tools. Compliance with local regulatory and licensing requirements, including anti-money laundering and sanctions training, is mandatory.
