The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process improvement, service improvement, change management, and process transformation, and will be adept at performance improvement, people management, and system management. Key skills and experience required for this position include system administration, system enhancements, systems thinking, and systems development. A solid understanding of network engineering, network systems, network administration, and network troubleshooting is also essential.
