The role involves analyzing large datasets, contributing to data models and data marts, and developing reporting solutions that meet global client needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with data sourcing teams and product stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment with business logic, while serving as a subject matter expert for reporting tools and resolving issues. Responsibilities also include optimizing and validating queries and keeping current with developments in data platforms and cloud technologies. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, management information systems, computer science, or a related field, along with 10 or more years of experience in data analysis, dashboard design, and business intelligence. Strong SQL skills, experience with large-scale data warehouses, and proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools are required. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, financial reporting, and BI tool architecture is important, as is familiarity with cloud and big data platforms. Candidates should also understand investment operations and the trade lifecycle, communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and have experience with Agile or software development life cycle methodologies.
