The Company is seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a strategic and global focus to lead its cybersecurity, information security, risk, governance, and compliance agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the company's cybersecurity strategy in alignment with business priorities, technology transformation, and customer expectations. This includes establishing a robust security roadmap, building a strong security culture, and proactively evolving the security posture to address emerging cyber threats. The CISO will also be tasked with ensuring the security of critical data and technology assets, both for the company and its customers, and will serve as a trusted security advisor, particularly in the context of complex security challenges. Key responsibilities for the CISO at the company include cybersecurity strategy and leadership, information security and data protection, risk, governance, and compliance, as well as customer security and business partnership. The role demands a leader with over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, including a proven track record at the enterprise or global CISO level, and a strong background in security transformation and building scalable security organizations. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a passion for cybersecurity innovation. Experience with AI security and governance frameworks, particularly in the context of LLMs, GenAI, or other AI technologies, is highly valued. The CISO will also be expected to have relevant security certifications and a strong industry presence in the cybersecurity domain.
