The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Analysis to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the product owner for a major technology replacement program. The role involves conducting interviews and workshops, assessing current and target states, and eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements tied to business outcomes. The successful candidate will shape and prioritize the delivery backlog, define features and user stories, and develop process and data models, business rules, workflows, reporting, and target operating models. They will also assess solution impacts, support change management, and contribute to user acceptance and business verification testing. Candidates should have at least 14 years of experience as a technology-focused business analyst, with in-depth knowledge of financial products, processes, and systems, including card acquiring and issuing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills are essential, along with experience leading workshops and collaborating across business and technology teams. The role requires the ability to simplify complex issues, make evidence-based decisions, build stakeholder partnerships, and translate business vision into a prioritized backlog. Experience delivering change in complex environments and adapting to new skills and subject matter is also required.
