Vice President, DevOps Lead Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, DevOps Lead to guide engineering work across IT platforms and infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end engineering solutions, building reliability and resiliency through testing and review, and ensuring solutions are maintainable, reusable, and well integrated. The role will improve software delivery by automating development and release processes, enhancing continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring, and identifying and resolving technical issues. The successful candidate will collaborate with software and technical teams, evaluate tools, and contribute to engineering quality and adoption of innovative technologies. Candidates should bring broad experience in software delivery and a strong understanding of design and architectural patterns, microservices, API management, networking, and multi-tier application troubleshooting. Hands-on skills should include Java or Python, scripting, API, UI and database automation, continuous delivery pipelines, deployment strategies, monitoring tools, container platforms, Terraform, and software development lifecycle tools. Experience working in Agile environments is required. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows.
