Vice President, DevOps Lead Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, DevOps Lead to help plan and deliver engineering solutions across IT platforms and infrastructure. The role focuses on improving software delivery through automation, stronger continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring, and reliable, maintainable, well-integrated solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with software engineers and technical teams, evaluating tools, researching technologies, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities to optimize development and release processes. The successful candidate will also contribute to engineering quality and the adoption of effective, reusable practices. Candidates should have broad software delivery experience and an agile mindset, with a strong understanding of design and architectural patterns, microservices, API management, networking, and multi-tier application troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Java or Python, scripting, API, UI and database automation, continuous delivery pipelines, deployment strategies, monitoring tools, container platforms, and Terraform is required. Familiarity with software development lifecycle tools and Agile practices is also important. Candidates should be able to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows, applying sound judgment to data and AI-generated outputs.
